The same batteries are used across the Fluid VLT and Range VLT models, and each battery is compatible with every frame regardless of size or material. In the greater scheme of things, you'll find the additional weight more than makes up for the greater range! If someone needs to work harder they can drop down a mode and if someone is struggling they can stay in boost, and everyone gets their workout.
